Founded by Danny Fay, who apprenticed under some of the finest winemakers in the world, Hill of Tara began as a dream—one ton of Cabernet, two French oak barrels, and an unshakable vision. Today, it’s a family affair, and they continue their commitment to organic farming, thoughtful craftsmanship, and small-lot winemaking, ensuring every bottle is a reflection of passion and dedication.
