A copy of your submission form will be emailed to you shortly. If you have any changes or additions, please contact Andriana Duckworth at Andriana@SononomaValleyWine.com. As a reminder, participation is limited and a submission to participate does not guarantee you a spot.
- Please deliver TWO BOTTLES of each submission by Thursday, August 18th by 4:00PM.
- Please deliver to the SVVGA office: 291 1st St E, Sonoma, CA 95476 (located behind the Maysonavve House)
- Selections will be announced the week of August 22nd via email.
