B.R. Cohn Winery joins forces with the culinary artisans at Ramekins Culinary School in what is certain to be memorable union of food and wine. The dinner will be held at the General’s Daughter event space, one of Sonoma’s most historic buildings surrounded by lush gardens and fruit trees. B.R. Cohn Winery founder Bruce Cohn will be on hand to share some of their most celebrated wines alongside the Estate’s highly acclaimed olive oil and vinegar offerings. The Ramekins culinary team will carefully craft an exceptional 4 course menu, designed both to showcase the character of the individual wines while exploring all the epicurean delights Sonoma Valley has to offer. Ramekins is famed for its farm to table approach to cooking which utilizes produce grown in their very own 5th Street Gardens.
