With time and a few good rains the cover crop this year is going to not only be absolutely beautiful, but so beneficial for the soil, vines, wines, people and animals. From left to right: Clover Mix – beneficial companion planting under the vines. Pasture Mix – providing plentiful forage for our animals to graze. Legume Mix – referred to as “green manure”, offering all of its nitrogen and other beneficial’s back to the soil.
