• A copy of your submission form will be emailed to you shortly. If you have any changes or additions, please contact Andriana Duckworth at Andriana@sononomavalleywine.com. As a reminder, all current release wine submissions will be tasted and reviewed by the panel, with the exception of the Large Format Bottle Party submissions. All back vintages or library wine submissions will be evaluated solely on written description and technical notes submitted.
• Please deliver TWO BOTTLES of each current release submission by Friday, November 22 by 5:00PM.
