Step inside the dream test kitchen and cook side-by-side with Winery Chef Kristine Schug as she shares techniques for cooking three incredible summer salads and tips for pairing each with wine. Following the class, you sit down and enjoy the beautiful recipes along with a guided tasting led by owner and Wine Institute instructor Claudia Schug. To offer a truly intimate and educational experience, this class is limited to twelve participants, so don't wait, let's get cookin'!
