At this Terroir to Table Dinner, we will focus on how each wine’s growing site compares to the origin of its corresponding food pairing. Our goal is to highlight the earthbound nuances in each unique bottling and take your palate on a wine and food sensory journey across Sonoma County.  In the company of our winemaker, Jeff Gaffner, and the incredibly dedicated grower Ulises Valdez, we will guide you wine by wine, course by course, terroir by terroir.
