Join us in the Glen Ellen Tasting Room for a sushi pop-up dinner featuring a five-course meal prepared by Jacob Talbert of SushiNoma. Add a wine pairing to each course, or order wines by the glass.
The Menu:
White miso soup with white truffle oil, black pepper, blue crab, fresh chives and enoki mushrooms
Pairing: Mother of Invention
Fresh arugula salad with salmon skin, sweetie drops, watermelon radish, pickled cucumber, wasabi micros and wasabi, soy and yuzu vinaigrette
Pairing: Twice Removed Rose
Hawaiian albacore sashimi with mango passion fruit chutney, topped with jalapeno, cilantro, garlic chips, and local herb oil
Pairing: Family Secret Sauvignon Blanc
Spicy shrimp, asparagus, avocado, and cucumber topped with ahi and salmon, seared and finished with a chili miso sake sauce
Pairing: Wayward Son Orange Wine
Green tea buttered mocha topped with a black sesame paste and Unagi nigiri with sweet eel sauce and macadamia nuts
Pairing: Native Son Charbono
