Learn the art and science of winemaking at our first-ever evening blending seminar. Start with a stroll through our vineyard to get a firsthand look at the vines. Then, we’ll blend wines that have been aged in separate oak barrels to make a classic red Bordeaux style blend of cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc, and merlot. Create a 750ml of your Perfect Blend.
