It’s time to ring in the New Year and Centre du Vin Bistro is the perfect place to enjoy a 5-course meal prepared by acclaimed Chef Justin Bruckert to celebrate New Years Eve. On Wednesday, December 31 Centre du Vin will offer guests an oasis of fine wine, specialty cocktails, French bistro fare and hearty celebration. The first seating begins at 6pm and the 9pm seating will take guests through midnight for a champagne toast. The price is $100 per person, $150 with wine pairing. New Years Eve menu:
Oysters Rockefeller – Fresh oysters topped with a pernod creamed spinach and broiled until golden brown and bubbly
Roasted Chestnut Soup – Roasted chestnut soup topped with a drizzle of crème fresh
Butternut Squash Ravioli – House made ravioli topped with brown butter, sage, parmesan, and crushed amaretto cookies
Filet Mignon Oscar – 8oz filet mignon pan seared then topped with fresh Dungeness crab and béarnaise sauce served alongside asparagus and hasselback potatoes
Chocolate Orange Pot de Crème – topped with whipped cream and candied orange zest
