It’s a cheese and sparkling wine pairing not to be missed! We’ll meet at the winery and head out together to The Fork at Pt Reyes Farmstead Cheese Company. Once there we’ll do a Deluxe Cheese Tasting paired with our wines followed by small bites such as:
Bay Blue-Carmelized Onion Biscuit with Honey Butter Toma Grilled Cheese with Fresh Peach Chutney Grilled Hanger Steak with Herb Chimichurri and Original Blue Polenta
After the tasting you may opt to take a tour of the farm and meet some baby cows!
