If you are looking for new appetizer ideas for entertaining, especially during the holidays think of attending this class at EDGE in downtown Sonoma. Stone Edge Farm Culinary Director, John McReynolds incorporates international flavors and less common ingredients to yield creative crowd-pleasing appetizers. We will welcome guests with a festive sparkling holiday cocktail and we will savor all of the appetizers at the end of our class with a glass of Stone Edge Farm wine by the fireplace.
$95 for Collectors / $125 for non members – 6 seats available
This EDGE culinary workshop includes 2 glasses of wine (8oz total) per person served to all participants over 21 years of age. Additional wine is available for purchase by the bottle.
