Join us in the Hacienda courtyard to celebrate the release of the SVS Summer Allocation with Chef Ashley Christensen of Poole's Diner. The James Beard award-winning chef will be cooking a prix-fixe dinner to pair with the 2017 SCRIBE St. Laurent, along with other SCRIBE summer release wines.
Ashley opened her first restaurant, Poole's, in Raleigh, NC in 2007, turning a neighborhood spot into a national destination with her thoughtful approach to seasonal comfort food. She has since built an internationally-recognized dining empire in Raleigh, including her other outposts, Death & Taxes, Fox's Liquor Bar, Chuck's and Beasley's Chicken & Honey.
Tickets are $150/person, including food, wine, tax & gratuity and are NON-REFUNDABLE.
