Gundlach Bundschu Winery: Deed Day – Postponed
Location:
Gundlach Bundschu Winery 2000 Denmark Street Sonoma, CA 95476
Date:
03/14/2020 - 03/14/2020
11:00 am
- 04:00 pm
Dear Friends and Extended Family,
We have been following updates on the coronavirus (COVID-19) in our community and want to provide you with an update from our family. Though we continue to host guests at the winery, we have decided to postpone the Deed Day celebration to a later date. It is simply the safest thing to do.
Weather and policy permitting, we will remain open for business indoors and out, ensuring enough space for the distance recommendation of 3 feet between individuals. However, due to impending rain, we will only be accommodating reservations for Tasting Room and Covered Courtyard Tastings for the weekend of March 14 – 15, for both Bacchus Club members and general visitors. There are still plenty of open slots, please book online or call 707.938.5277 to guarantee your spot.
Fortunately, our winemaking & hospitality business already relies on high levels of cleanliness and attention to detail. We have implemented additional measures based on the latest guidelines from the CDC, including hyper frequent sanitizing of our public spaces, provision of hand sanitizer for staff and visitors, and limiting the number of guests in enclosed spaces.
One thing 162 years (to the day!) of cumulative experience on Rhinefarm gives you is perspective. These are scary times, but history shows us that we will get through it, and that wine really helps 😉. We will do all we can to keep our doors open and shipping options available. During this time of rapid change, please check our Instagram and Facebook feeds for latest updates. In the meantime, we are keeping you and your families in our thoughts.
Stay strong, and go wash your hands!
The Bundschu Family
