Lemon Dill Chicken Kiev
Chicken breasts rolled and layered with butter, dill, and lemon and coated with breadcrumbs and fried. Paired with our 2013 Sonoma Coast Chardonnay.
Brined and Grilled Chicken Tenders with Raisin and Pine Nut Agrodolce
Brined and grilled chicken tenders skewered and served with a sweet and sour sauce of raisins, pine nuts and grapes. Paired with our 2013 Russian River Valley Pinot Noir.
Chicken “Saltimbocca” Meatballs with Red Onion Marmalade
House ground chicken, pancetta and sage meatballs served with zinfandel red onion marmalade. Paired with our 2012 Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel.
Oven Roasted Chicken Thighs with Sautéed Mushrooms and Tomatoes
Chicken thighs roasted and served with wild mushroom, local tomatoes and oregano. Paired with our 2012 Alexander Valley Merlot.
Chicken Drumettes with Cabernet, Fig Sauce
Chicken drumettes roasted and served with a fig and Cabernet reduction pan sauce. Paired with our 2012 Sonoma Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.
