Lastly, we offer a Barrel Fingerprinting program where our Director of Research conducts blind sensory evaluations with you and your staff, to help determine correct oak concentrations, toast levels, and blending procedures using StaVin’s 3 types of toasting regimes – Fire, Convection Oven Savour, and Convection Oven Barrel Head. This provides you with what we call “the missing link,” or the aromas, flavors and mouthfeel achieved from your favorite barrel program.
