Sheana Davis of @epicureansonoma recently traveled to @blackberryfarm in Tennessee to create a collaborative cheese with Chris Osburne, Cheesemaker at Blackberry Farm. Together they created Mycophillia, a pasteurized sheep milk cheese, infused with wild mushrooms from the Mayacamas Ridge & The Smokey Mountains. This cheese will be released May 29 through The Epicurean Connection & Blackberry Farm.
