Happy New Year from the Charlie Tsegeletos and the @jacuzziwines winemaking team! The 2018 vintage is shaping up to be spectacular. We tasted through some of the early wines… still very young, but they are looking to be absolute stunners. In the vineyard, the vines are now dormant and we’re busy pruning and prepping. Our wooly weeders are back at work with a ton of fresh green grass to munch, thanks to the abundant rain showers in January. While the vines are dormant, we’re working on perfecting blends from the 2017 and 2018 vintages. This requires tasting from the individual vineyard blocks and evaluating each separately.
