Interested in what happens during the critical cycles of a vine’s life? Participate in a small, intimate tour of one of the local vineyards we source our fruit from throughout the year. These visits will focus on a particular stage of vine’s annual life cycle – from Bud Break & Fruit Set to Veraison and finally, Harvest. Converse with our growers and get your burning viticultural questions answered while getting a first-hand look into the life of a vineyard!

Our next "Grape Gap" event of 2019 will take place at Cassata Vineyards in Sonoma Valley. Join vineyard owner Pat Cassata at Cassata Vineyards in Sonoma Valley to learn about of the most important moments in a grapevine’s annual lifecycle – the onset of ripening, when the skin of grapes develop their phenolics in terms of developing their tannin and color by way of anthocyans, slowly turning from green to red naturally and accumulating their sugars in terms of brix.

The experience includes light charcuterie along with a flight of Muscardini Cellars wines produced with fruit from Cassata Vineyards.

$35 for Wine Club | $45 General Public
