May 24th, 2014
On Saturday, May 24th, join winemaker Michael Lancaster to explore stylistic elements of our Sauvignon Blanc –and how make it the centerpiece of an exquisite springtime picnic.
Tin Barn Vineyards made its first vintage of award-winning Sauvignon Blanc in 2004. In the latest of the winery’s “Cellar Soiree” educational series, join winemaker Michael Lancaster to explore the stylistic elements of our 2012 Sauvignon Blanc Carneros, Hi Vista Vineyards. We’ll discuss how both terroir and techniques affect the flavors of the wine.
We’ll also pair the Sauvignon Blanc with gourmet food pairings from Epicurean Connection, and talk about how to make it the centerpiece of a beautiful springtime picnic.
On Saturday, May 24th, two seatings (1 p.m. and 3 p.m.) will be offered. Maximum group size is 12 people. Tickets are $30, or $20 Corrugated Club (members, message us for discount code). Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm which time slot you prefer.
